Jean Emile a Dutch national, born in the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Curaçao. He has, since 2004, been living in Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona Spain and is a proud father of two wonderful children.  He speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.

Jean Emile’s career path has enriched him with a broad range of international experience at both operational and executive organizational levels. He has a background in civil engineering with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of management, project management, consulting, leadership and organizational development, training, facilitation and coaching within multicultural working environments. He is a Theory-U practitioner and since January 2015 the co-host of the Barcelona U.Lab Hub.  He is eager to help individuals, organizations and communities to promote sustainable development to create higher levels of wellbeing for all.
