Do we really need the biosafety level 2?

I just spent two hours searching and i think i get the right PDF and books that solve our questions.

This one is from the national institute of hygenie and security at works.Sorry about the language but i only find it in Spanish:

http://www.insht.es/InshtWeb/Contenidos/Normativa/GuiasTecnicas/Fichero…

It start talking about GMO in page 59, and in the end it have a table with clasification of organism attending to its dangerous level. The problems its that arent all the organism, spp, and strains in the table but it says literally that Sacharomyces cerevisae is one of the most obvius example in the less hazardous group. The article also have a list of material needed to works with the differents groups of organism and with group 1 (the one who are Sacharomyces in) only need an autoclave to sterilice all the things which touch the GMO but ¡We already have one autoclave!

So i think its fine. What do you think Marc?
