In Medialab, working groups formed by users who wish to develop some kind of project or activity meet periodically. These groups are open to the participation of anyone and give back to the community their work in the form of documentation of their processes, organization of workshops, talks, etc. The idea is to share what they are working on so that the processes can be replicated anywhere and by any group.
Each working group has its own autonomous organizational system (see protocols for use and relationship with the space) and the frequency of meetings varies according to their needs. They also have a project in the Medialab Community, where they can upload information related to their activities or interests.
For these working groups, interaction with other communities and users within Medialab is essential, and part of the richness of their processes lies precisely in the exchange of ideas and experiences in this interdisciplinary ecosystem.
If you are thinking of organizing a working group to integrate it into Medialab, in 2024 we will publish a guide on how to do it.
