The idea of landscape as a "matrix of possible conflicts". The landscape is a common good threatened by the progressive processes of enclosure. In order to overcome the possible conflicts, some "Laws of landscape" are indentified: law of policontexturality, 'instituting politics', the non-reducible concept, autonomy and specifity of each landscape.
