Day 1 - walk & talk

trying to define what is KOOKMET and what should the next generation kitchen be and be capable of. visits to neighboorhoud projects (this is not a plaza, san fernando market, anton martin market & tabakalera). Topics:

• ¿market? what's a market and how does it function in different places 
• ¿modular? what doe we need to make the project universal
• ¿modular? how do we split up the kitchens in different blocks
• ¿modular? how do we make the different blocks click together
• ¿structure? how do we make a structure that fits for all functions
• ¿structure? make it light and make it "bikeable": we're going for distance, we're going for speed
• ¿food revolution? how to spread a message (healthy produce, seasonable produce, cheap, easy) in a non-school way

Next step is deciding on structure and start developping different modules. We've also fixed date in San Fernando to do an experimental KOOKMET for everyone to really experience how it feels to make the world that little bit faster.
