Call for papers for CONSULCON2018
This year we make an open call for papers to encourage everyone that has participation experiences or research related with CONSUL or other tools and processes to explain it here in Madrid in the CONSULCON18.
CONSULCON18 is a two days meeting of collaborative and technical conferences around CONSUL, the largest platform for participation in politics of the world. The conference will be held between 22th and 24th of november.
CONSUL, based on Ruby on Rails, is a tool that allows a city to develop with little time and safely processes of citizen participation on the Internet. CONSUL is free software, so it does not requires the payment of licenses. CONSUL can be modified by each organization to adapt the software to their needs, which facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experiences. As a tool, CONSUL is allowing cities to develop processes that put into the hands of citizens decisions around urban space, the budget of the city or priorities in municipal management.
You can find all the information and the registration form in http://consulcon.org/
