• Collaborative Futures

FLOSSManuals (Manuales FLOSS) project is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 aimed at the creation of quality documentation about free software use.

This meeting is organized with the collaboration of Escuela de Arte Diez of Madrid. Escuela de Arte 10 is a public center founded in 1907. The school offers courses in photography, engraving, illustration and graphic design within the context of the Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. It has received a variety of awards such as the European Excellence Award (Premio a la Excelencia Europea) in 2007 for his international exchange program, and Marta Mata Award in 2008 for its educational work during the past years.

Its activity is focused on the integration of new technologies in the field of artistic and design learning through the development of innovative projects with different institutions.

Students of Escuela de Arte 10 are participating in the FLOSS Manuals project in Spanish aiming to integrate these tools in the teaching of design and new interactive learning methods.
