Governing the commons in telecommunications

This challenge has arisen in guifi.net, which for the last 10 years has been developing an alternative telecommunications network based on the commons principle: It is already up and running in thousands of homes and is creating a space for collaboration between citizens, companies and administrations.

We'll be taking a brief look at the principles described by Nobel Prize for Economy Elinor Ostrom, put into practice in complex new economic scenarios like that of telecommunications.
