The main entrance (Plaza de las Letras) has a ramp that can be used as an alternative to the stairs. The building has a lift that provides access to all floors. Accessible public toilets for people with functional diversity are located on the ground floor and first floor.
In addition to individual attention, group visits can be arranged for the purpose of finding out more about the cultural project and the building. To do so you must send an email request to visitas [at] medialab-prado.es. Tours are held during the centre’s opening hours.
